Most nights before bed, we sing, "We Shall Overcome." Mama used to teach it to her students when she taught elementary music. I was pretty distracted by my truck so I didn't sing along as much as I usually do, but Mama wanted to post the video because she likes how I match the pitch on the last note.
Alphabet Song
I love to sing the alphabet song. Lately I like the letter X. If you listen closely, I keep repeating it at the end!

Mama's Saturday
Daddy and I hung out on Saturday afternoon while Mama was playing the piano at Calvary Church's Ladies' Tea. I slept the first hour or so and then Daddy and I went to the library to drop off books and then to Walmart to get Eddy's Peppermint ice-cream. We all love it. Mama says it will be really fun to take baby girl to one when she is older. Mama always had a fun time at Rollins' Mother/Daughter events when she was growing up. I think most ladies would really enjoy this plate of yummies, but it's a bit too girly for guys.

My new baby girl cousin!!!!!
I saw Stevie for the first time today! She's cute for a girl. She is only 1 day old. Mama really liked holding her and didn't want to go. I was kind of tired in the picture because I hadn't had my afternoon nap yet. Stevie is really cute and has long fingers. Maybe she'll take piano lessons some day. I was hoping Oli would be at the hospital, too.

I know my letters.
Mama and I do "school" every day. I'm getting really good at recognizing some letters and words! My favorite letters are "O," "B," "D," "E,"and "M."

Good friends and Friday night fun!
My friend, Hailey, came over Friday to play and eat dinner with us! She is very nice and is good at sharing and playing. I loved the computer program Hailey's dad showed us. He had a talking cat that repeated everything we spoke to it. I love to "meow" like a kitten. Hailey has a little sister and Mama said I'm going to have to learn how to play with baby girls since I'll be a big brother soon.

Robert, did I tell you I love you today?
I love to play this little game multiple times a day every day with Mama.

It's a GIRL!
Today I found out I'm going to have a little sister! I hope she's as nice as Evie. The ultrasound technician took a long time to figure it out and was jostling Mama's tummy up and down to try and get the baby girl to move the right way! Her little heartbeat was in the 130s and the doctor said everything looks great. I like to listen to the heartbeat. Daddy came to the appointment today, too. We celebrated tonight with a BOGO free dinner at Salsarita's and a free ice cream cone at Sonic!

Cherry Place Farm
Robert loved our visit to Cherry Place Farm. We got to adopt a baby pumpkin, walk through a corn maze, feed some animals, take a hay ride, sit on a tractor, play with some farm toys, and pick out a huge pumpkin from a pumpkin patch! We also drove all the way out to Windy Hill Farm, but didn't stay long. We saw apple butter being made there.
By the way, Robert has figured out how to unlock and open the front door as well as every other door in the house. Nothing in the closets is "safe" anymore!

Dear Aunt Rebekah, Brock, and Evie,
I love visiting you! I always have such fun. Thanks for taking us to the pumpkin patch. You're always nice to share your toys, goldfish crackers, and goodies with me. Aunt Rebekah - thanks for always picking out great clothes and toys for me. I love my new slide. Brock - you are really good with crayons and paints. Thanks for the pictures you made for us. They are on our fridge. Evie - you are very petite compared to me, but you can sing really well. I love to listen to you talk and sing on your blog. Thanks for the great fall dessert you made for us, Aunt Rebekah. Mama ate the 2nd piece before we were 15 minutes away. Daddy wished he could have had some, but it was all gone when we got home!
Love,
Robert
