No... boy! I don't want the boy to eat the pizza; only the girl! Everytime Mama reads me this pizza book, I don't like it when the boy eats the pizza!

Horses and Apples

Neigh!

I love horses! I call them "Neigh." My twin friends took us to a horse farm on Sunday afternoon. You could walk around for free and feed them apples. When Mama eats an apple I want to give one to my stuffed horse at home now. When we read books about horses, I like to say, "Neigh... apples." Daddy and I were very brave to pet the horses, too.

Thursday we went to a play date with friends from church. Mostly girls my age were there, but I had a lot of fun! I love to play in the "kitchen!"

Daddy and Mama made a deal that if I slept in my bed 7 nights in a row without awaking, we'd go out for pizza. I surprised them by actually doing it! I ate 3 pieces of pizza and lots of parmesan cheese!

Snow day! Daddy's first snow day since high school! We went outside for 30 minutes this morning and a neighbor let us borrow a sled!

Words and Hair Cuts

Daddy and I got hair cuts today! I was so still while my hair was being cut. I had so much hair! Mama and Daddy had such fun watching.

The past few weeks I've added so many words to my vocabulary. I'm really into opposite words ON and OFF, HOT and COLD, and UP and DOWN. I like saying HOME when the car pulls into the garage. I say, "THE BABY," all the time and point to Mama's tummy. Every time I play with a gift from Nanny and Papa or walk by the guest room, I say their names. I even let Mama know if I mess my pants. Hopefully that means I can start potty-training soon!

This week has been a little tough on me. I got in a bad habit throughout December of waking up in the midde of the night and walking into Daddy and Mama's room. Well, they bought a special door knob last weekend, and ever since last Sunday night, I can't open the door anymore. I've been trying to put myself back to sleep when I awake. Sometimes it takes me a long time, so we haven't gotten too much sleep. I've had great naps to make up for it, though!

Most nights before bed, we sing, "We Shall Overcome." Mama used to teach it to her students when she taught elementary music. I was pretty distracted by my truck so I didn't sing along as much as I usually do, but Mama wanted to post the video because she likes how I match the pitch on the last note.

One of my favorite Christmas songs is "Angels We Have Heard on High." I love the gloria part the best. I am pretty talented to spin and sing at the same time, eh? (Mama apologizes for her bad singing voice at night!)

Alphabet Song

I love to sing the alphabet song. Lately I like the letter X. If you listen closely, I keep repeating it at the end!

Dessert party!

My friends came over tonight for a little dessert party! I blew out the candle on the first try and Jack, Ryan, and Chloe gave me a cool book! Mama and Daddy gave me a laptop! We all played with toys and even played some piano.

I'm 2 years old today!!

BGEA Petting Zoo

Mama and I went to BGEA today and met Daddy for lunch. They have a Christmas "live" nativity with a petting zoo of very nice animals. They were so calm. I saw a camel, donkey, llama, sheep, and baby calf.

Mama's Saturday

Daddy and I hung out on Saturday afternoon while Mama was playing the piano at Calvary Church's Ladies' Tea. I slept the first hour or so and then Daddy and I went to the library to drop off books and then to Walmart to get Eddy's Peppermint ice-cream. We all love it. Mama says it will be really fun to take baby girl to one when she is older. Mama always had a fun time at Rollins' Mother/Daughter events when she was growing up. I think most ladies would really enjoy this plate of yummies, but it's a bit too girly for guys.
