FUN FUN FUN!!

Thank you, Ben & Rebekah and Daniel & Candice for helping bring this changing table to our home!! Rebekah found a lady on Craiglist who was selling it ... Ben & Rebekah picked it up for us ... and Daniel & Candice brought it from Columbia to our home! We love the new little things!! Thanks for sharing some of your darling boy things, Rebekah!

CRIB!

Last Thursday I bought a used crib and changing table from a lady in Columbia who was selling her baby things on craigslist. Rebekah was able to go with me to pick them up! Jason put the crib together that night. Fun! I have also received some wonderful things for the baby: an adorable baby boy whale and "snow baby" outfit, Pooh animals, and a book from Mom and Dad Lanning (along with other things!), a soft prayer book from Mrs. White in Michigan, baby books and diaries from Sheri, a sleeping positioner from Godfreys in Michigan, a cute Clemson Tiger shirt from Daniel and Candice, and a baby blanket from Mom and Dad Hildebrand! It's so fun to go by the room and think there will be a baby soon!!

a long time waiting!

We received this cute little sewing machine from Grandma Schmitt. Mom and Dad Hildebrand brought it from NY when we went to Rob's wedding in PA. It's so cute!


Also, my last ultrasound picture was taken 4/29/08. I find out on 7/29/08 if we're having a boy or girl! Hopefully we'll be able to see a lot more!! Finally to week #20....

Last 2 days of 29. I turn 30 on Tuesday! We celebrated this weekend at Red Robin with a free b-day dinner.

Rob & Rachel's rehearsal and wedding

We attended Jason's best friend's wedding this weekend in Robertsdale, PA. Rob and Jason roomed together at Grove City College. Jason was the best man and I played the piano for the wedding. Jason read parts of Eph. 5 for the wedding. I snapped a picture of him during the rehearsal.

The mountains were gorgeous. (Except the hilly roads are miserable to drive when you're pregnant!) Their rehearsal dinner and reception were so fun and the food was fabulous and delicious! Jason received a really thoughtful gift from Rob (picture above) and as always, the two of them hamed it up for a few pictures. For the reception, I sat by one little girl who became my good friend. I included a picture of her.

Dad and Mom Hildebrand were also able to attend and we enjoyed seeing them for a short time. They brought Grandma Schmitt's sewing machine for us to take back to SC! How fun. I'll have to post a picture of that next. I also received my first baby blanket (IU colors) from M&D Hildebrand made from a lady at Brighton Community Church. Thanks!
